1. How to maintain the massage bathtub?
After the bathtub is used for a long time, some phenomena may occur such as corrosion, soakage or roughness etc. In order to lower the expenditure and avoid buying new expensive one, you can get the bathtub reworked by some relevant companies. After the bathtub is reworked, it is given new lucent surface, so you must take care of it carefully. For the newly bought bathtub, you will have to pay more attention on it to extend its service life. Here, we will tell you some tips to keep the bathtub clean and shining.
1).Wash the bathtub every week and keep it dry after every use.
2).Wash the bathtub with neutral detergent and soft cloth or good sponge.
3).Never use attackable or strong-base detergent.
4).Avoid using deep-colored detergent, because it maybe cause pigment penetration.
5).After using the tap, don’t forget to turn it off to avoid the accretion of water in the bathtub.
6).Any damage on the bathtub, call the relevant company at once to avoid the problem worsening.
7).Don't leave metalwork in the bathtub, which may rust and make the bathtub dirty.
2. How to maintain the tap？
After you selected G-THINKER sanitary tap, how to maintain it properly?
1). Install it by the experienced and qualified operator. In the installation process, try the best to prevent it touching other hard objects. Don’t leave the cement and glue etc on its surface, avoiding its surface coatings damaged. Ensure to clean the impurities in the pipe before installing the tap.
2). In the premise of the water pressure not less than 0.02 mpa, after a long-term use, if the outflow becomes small, or even the heater turns down, loosen the filter cover on the outlet of the tap and remove the impurities. So all problems go.
3). Don't open/close the tap forcibly. Even the traditional tap, there is no need to tighten it too much, especially not to take the handle as handrail.
4). The metal tube of the bathtub shall be kept at natural status. Don't twist it on the tap when it not used. At the same time, no matter it is used or not used, note that the tube can not form a dead angle with the joint of the valve to avoid the tube being broken or damaged.
3. How to maintain the shower box？
1). Cleaning
• When cleaning the shower panels and trays a soft and dry cloth is preferred. Please use alcohol to clean hard stains.
• If you use a special cleanser, please use it according to the manufacturer instructions. The wrong use may cause physical harm and damage.
• Do not use acid and alkaline solvents, medicine (e.g hydrochloric), acetone thinner solvents etc. They may cause scuffs to tour bathtub and your shower room may get dirty easily.
2). How to use and maintain the sliding wheel
• For sliding door, there are two way of sliding. One is sliding block, the other is sliding wheel.
• Attention should be paid when using sliding block and sliding wheel
a. In order to avoid movable panel breaking off please do not bump into the bottom of movable panel heavily.
b. Please clean the tracks, sliding wheels, sliding blocks and add lube periodically.
c. Please adjust the screw of the sliding blocks and sliding wheels periodically to keep them lock the movable panel well and sliding smoothly.
3). The maintenance of shower panels
• Do not use sharp things to hit and bump them, or they will be damaged.
• Do not use sodium hydroxide to clean them, or the polish will be lessened.
• Do not use rough things to clean the glass, or the surface will be scratched.
4). The maintenance of aluminum
• For powder coating aluminum (white, ivory, blue, yellow, red, purple) there are the following should be careful.
a. Do not put them in strong sunshine.
b. Do not rub them with corrosive things.
c. Do not rough things (including toothpaste) to rub them.
d. Do not use sharp things to get rid of dirt in the surface.
• For anodizing aluminum (golden, chrome, satin chrome, brushed chrome), their color is durable but they have poor hardness, so do not use rough things to rub them, and especially do not use sharp things to get rid of dirt in the surface. Please use neutral solvents dissolved in water to clean them.
5). The maintenance of acrylic trays
• Do not use sharp things to hit and bump them, or they will be damaged.
• Do not use sodium hydroxide to clean them, or the polish will be lessened.
• Do not use rough things to clean the glass, or the surface will be scratched. |

2. All products sold on G-THINKER include a 12-months parts warranty. It is valid after the date of arrival.
3. This 12-months warranty covers all parts necessary to remain product in working condition.
4. Warranty is only valid if a product has malfunction due to manufacturers defect. It does not cover user negligence, error, recklessness or damage during transportation.
5. Shipping fees are not included under this warranty policy; if a product needs to be parts services then the owner must pay for shipping fees.
6. Damages Warranty in Shipping: when you get your goods of G-THINKER, you need check the packing firstly, if you find damges of packing, you must check goods. If you found damages of your goods, you must claim this compensation from shipping company(same as B/L).
7. Two Months warranty of Stock Damages(for buyer, distributor, agent): When you open packing and find damages, you must make photoes with packing to assure this. This warrany is available only within two months after your getting goods of G-THINKER.
8. Owner must contact G-THINKER prior to any warranty claim. Buyer must present evidence that the claimed products were bought with G-THINKER. All warranty claims must be authorized and accepted by G-THINKER in advance.
9. Claim File: Any warranty claim need offer "G-THINKER-Quality Claim Report". Please ask for standard file from G-THINKER. |
